Processing Time:

Dispatch is within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated. If you need your purchase urgently please select express post and let me know as I will do my best to dispatch same or next day.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping within Australia is via Australia Post and costs $9 for standard or $13 for express. Any order for delivery in Australia that is $150 or more will automatically qualify for free postage.

I also currently ship to the U.S, Canada and New Zealand. Postage costs vary from $18 -$38 AUD and are specified at checkout.

Shipping Delays:

Delivery times can sometimes take longer than the estimates given by Australia Post and I have found this to be particularly true with recent international orders. In the event of a delay, I will lodge an official enquiry with Australia Post and keep you updated. In the event that your parcel has been lost in transit (prior to delivery) I will provide a full refund.

Returns:

I do not accept change of mind returns but if you are unhappy with the products you have received please contact me via email ellmabee@gmail.com to discuss.

Product Care:

✿It is recommended that you store your jewellery in a safe place (i.e not the bottom of your handbag 😜) where it is protected from other objects and moisture.

✿Try not to shower, sleep, swim or exercise whilst wearing your jewellery.

✿The wooden surface is porous so avoid contact with perfumes and liquids as this may lead to discolouration of the piece.

✿Please handle your jewellery with a degree of care as dropping your jewellery from a height or applying force may lead to breakage of the piece.
